building permit pt. 1: approved?

last week we received a call from the building permit's office of Almere. They wanted to check a couple of things about the height of the house, but overall, positive about the house. First permit, which states that we are building within the building envelope is coming soon.

building permit pt. 1: urban variables

This week we are sending a set of drawings for approval of the urban variables, that is, height and position of the building, façade line and parking space.
If everything is approved we can go on with the project and the building permit, budget, etc.
So far, we think that the house can be smaller at the back.
The main concept, a house that is clear, simple, nice and open.
With a patio in the shade...

And then the changes started taking place...

And the proces kept going and started to become more visual.

Signing for our plot

Today we signed the contract for NPW 030, our plot.




And then we just had to change the sign......!
